What Are Storm & Sunshine Cards?

Storm cards represent challenges and difficulties we face. Sunshine cards represent the positive outcomes, lessons, and growth that can come from facing those challenges. Just like buffalo face storms head-on to reach the sunshine faster!

How to Use

Cut out the cards

Carefully cut along the dotted lines to separate each card.

Read a Storm card

Think about a time you faced this challenge or something similar.

Find matching Sunshine cards

What positive outcomes came from that experience?

Discuss or journal

Share your storm-to-sunshine story or write about it.

Create your own
